Record Breaking entries at the show on 14th May

Moretonhampstead Riding Club's Annual show, held on the second Sunday in May every year, enjoyed record entries this year.

Helped by superb weather and one of what must be one of the most picturesque showgrounds in the whole country, on Mardon, overlooking Moretonhampstead, this popular local show is intended primarily to encourage novice and younger riders.

This year entries came from as far afield as Somerset and Cornwall and some came along as part of their preparation for the Devon County Show.
