- Junior Judo - 6.15pm to 7.15pm. With Steve Walter, Black Belt 3rd Dan qualified, licenced and insured instructor

- Fifties Plus Supervised Gym and Social Morning - 10am to 11.00am.
- Short Mat Bowls - 10.30am to 12.30pm. Led by Margaret Renouf
- Pilates (Two sessions) - 6.30pm to 7.30pm and 7.30pm to 8.30pm. With Adele Strickland, Pilates Institute licenced and insured instructor
Wednesday
- Social Badminton - 1pm to 3pm. Led by Jill Strange
- Aerotone/aerobics - 6.00pm to 7.00pm. With Emma Jefferies, fully qualified and insured trainer
Thursday
- Yoga - 1.30pm to 3.00pm. With Jan Williams, Member of the British Wheel of Yoga
- Pilates - 7.00pm to 8.00pm. With Wendy Platt, M.C.SP SRP
- Circuits - 6.30pm to 7.30pm. With Rebecca Tripp, Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy and Wright Foundation Referral Programme Consultant

- Fitness Class - 10.15am to 11.15am. With Celia Vaile, League of Fitness Instructor
Saturday
- Belly Dancing - 10.30am to 12 Noon. With Pat Langman , Post Graduate of Exeter University
- Fitness Instruction. With Rachel Barnett, W.A.B.B.A Level 3 gym instructor
